No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or slurs, in person or online. No unwanted contact, comments or attention. Respect people's space and their no.
No cheating, marked cards, stalling or agreeing results in secret. Call a judge when something is unclear, and accept the judge's decision on the night. You can raise it with us afterwards.
Keep language and content suitable for under 18s. Adults do not ask younger players for their number or social media, or meet them away from our events. Tell staff straight away if something worries you.
Ask before touching someone else's cards, dice or miniatures. Trade honestly and fairly. Leave the tables and the space as you found them.
Ask before you photograph or film other players. Some players have asked to be kept out of photos; respect that.
Follow the venue's rules on food, drink and smoking, and our staff's instructions.
If you see or experience something wrong, tell a staff member or use Report a concern in the app. A person reads every report within 24 hours. We never tell the person you reported who told us, and nobody is punished for reporting in good faith.
Depending on what happened: a quiet word, a warning, removal from the event, a suspension or a ban. Serious matters may be passed to the authorities. You can ask a founder to look again by emailing hello@diceanddune.com.
Questions? Email hello@diceanddune.com or ask the team at the venue. We tell you before any change that affects you, and the date at the top shows the version you agreed to.
